About the event
The first in our World Fire Cooking Series, we'll be paying homage to the countries around the globe that have a deep rooted history in cooking over fire.
Our first event is inspired by the country that kickstarted the fire cooking scene in the UK, American Barbecue. We'll be cooking up a five course tasting menu* inspired by classic Southern flavours, served with paired bourbon cocktails and wines from some of the USA's finest winemakers.
