About the event
With knowledge and expertise at the forefront of innovative businesses we're excited to bring this unique mini series for a chance to Meet the Maker. Based in his orchards in Normandy, France, Tim will be joining us for the evening to bring an intimate, first hand insight of Calvados production and the journey to creating Avallen. On the frontlines of an industry adapting to a warming climate, Avallen has garnered a reputation for it's innovative response, re evaluating what it means to create Calvados in the mordern era.
Starting with a welcome Avallen and Tonic followed by two more bespoke cocktails accompanied by meat & cheese charcuterie.*
