Sous Chef

What are we looking for?

  • A driven and creative chef who will be excited to develop new dishes and deliver exceptional food consistently across both daytime and evening service

  • A wide understanding of fresh food and a passion for sustainable and ethical cooking

  • Experience in a creative and progressive kitchen

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Health & safety orientated with an understanding of all HACCP and compliance duties

  • Someone to work closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu and create new dishes

  • Uphold the values and standards of Bank

  • Be an all-round good person with positive energy

  • Food Safety level two certification desired, but not essential


Reporting to: General Manager
