Welcome to BANK, an independent neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of South Bristol. Cooked over live fire and designed for sharing, our menu is perfect for a light lunch or a leisurely feast shared among friends and family.

With nearly 20 years experience in professional kitchens, Head Chef and co-owner, Jack Briggs-Horan is passionate about bringing the very best out of the incredible seasonal produce available to us.

With a constantly changing menu, you'll see a reflection of the seasons, with influence from across the globe.



The food we cook at BANK is focussed on showcasing the very best ingredients we can find, reflecting the season that we're in, and creating dishes that simply make people happy.

All of our food is cooked over a live wood fire, and is made for sharing with your nearest and dearest.


With our drinks, we source the best raw products we can, whether it's ethically sourced speciality coffee or locally produced spirits.

We do our very best to create drinks that maintain the character of the ingredients we're using, and think they taste best while catching up with an old friend, or celebrating something special in your life.
